  • I Just Rented A New Server, What Can I Do ?
    The first thing you need to do is log-in to your control panel using the login details sent to your email, once you there stop your server, go to Configuration Files button and edit all the configuration files via the [Configuration Editor] button. You can then customize your server the way you want.

  • I Clicked The  Start Button And My Server Shows CPU 0 / Memory, what can I do ?
    Our system has an off-site cloning mechanism that runs every time you start your server, this mechanism does a clone of your server to our off-site storage and can take 30 to 60 seconds to fully clone your server, this is done for your own safety, in case of problems in your server we always have a clone of your server and you will not lose anything.

  • I Clicked The Start Button, I See Memory & CPU Running & My Server Doesn't Show Online, What Can I Do ?
    ARK Servers take some time to fully boot, especially if you have a big Saved folder or if you run mods or other maps, some servers can take around 3 to 10 minutes to fully boot, wait some time before assuming the worst.

  • I Clicked The Start Button & Even After Some Minutes My Server Doesn't Show Online, What Can I Do ?
    Do you have the latest ARK patch ? Do you have Mods running ? Are the Mods updated to the latest versions ? Stop your server and run a Steam update, then go to Mods workshop page and see if any of your Mods received any update recently, update your mods if needed. Remember that it takes 3 - 10 minutes for the server to start and also remember that the in-game server browser for ARK is only 1/4 populated at any one time and this is a known bug the world over. Please use the Steam Server Browser to find your server and or use the ARKServers.net button on your control and add your server there.

  • I Updated My ARK server And all of My Mods & The Server Still Will Not Show Online, What Can I Do ?
    Sometimes new ARK patches/updates kill the mods or in the worst scenario corrupts the world, try to disable all your mods and see if your server starts without them, if not then try to rename your Saved folder to SavedOLD and let your server generate a new Saved folder, if your server starts this means that your Saved folder corrupted, mainly because any mod you have or any ARK patch.

  • My Saved folder is corrupted i wanted to save my progress, what can i do ?

If you renamed your Saved folder to SavedOLD, rename it back to Saved and then try to rollback your world a few snapshots with the Rollback World feature in your control panel.
